  1. Thanks for the list! I hope that in the future you will write about each one in more detail with guidance on how to achieve/complete each one. Sometimes it is easier said than done. For example, #12: Look for a Silver Lining. Easy to say, and sometimes when I get in a funk, it is not so easy to do!

    1. Thanks for the comments Paul, yes I agree we could go into a little more detail and we will do this for future reference. We just thought at this moment and time people could do with a “little pick me up” and hopefully they get a little benefit from the quotes. The videos are also really helpful for some people to gain some self-esteem
