WHAT PEOPLE SAY

May I take this opportunity to thank SMARTT Training on the First Aid Courses that our staff attended. The delivery of the course was informal, concise and extremely well presented. Our staff not only gained a valuable life skill but they thoroughly enjoyed their time in the classroom too

Andrew Scott – Director Stanley Travel

SMARTT Training came to Heel & Toe Children’s Charity to deliver a First Aid Course in Paediatric to our staff members. Our trainers were Barry and Chris who made the training course easy to understand and fun to learn. Our skills are now up to date and thanks to the methods they used in their delivery we would definitely book them again for future training courses.

Jane Long – Development Manager Heel & Toe Children’s Charity – Co Durham

I Have Worked With the Team for over 5 years now. Professional and motivational - our students never fail to respond and impact is seen not only on our results but also on the students themselves. They help turn "I can't do" into "I can do"

Veronica Preston, Interventions Director Red House Academy, Sunderland

Louise McDonnell, Phoenix young peoples project manager Mortimer Community College, South Shields

SMARTT have brought more than a qualification to the Academy. The value they add to student learning and motivation cannot be underestimated. 100% attendance and 100% pass rate.

Sue Collings - Strategic Director Academy 360, Sunderland

SMARTT education were well organised and planned a great day that all pupils engaged in. They were highly effective and professional; our pupils were challenged by SMARTT education and responded in the best way possible, all worked as highly effective teams- thankyou

Terry Conway - Assistant Head Teacher Longfield Academy of Sport

Barry and his team have been regular visitors to our school to deliver Wider Key Skills. They have worked with young people who are not always engaged with learning and who can display challenging behaviours, especially when they fear they may fail. Nevertheless, the team consistently delivers – quickly establishing credibility and trust, inspiring the students to work together and employ resilience in their learning and never giving up until each student achieves success. Early accreditation in Wider Key Skills has often inspired students at risk of failing, to re-double their efforts in exam courses in school thereby securing a far more positive future than might have been the case.

Sue Richardson - Principal The Education Village, Darlington

A well organised and well-structured course that kept even the most challenging of students engaged.

Debbie Mattinson - Integrated Services Manager All Saints Church of England College Trust, Newcastle
